It is recommended that these items and the like be replaced as needed.

If any product proves to be defective within the warranty period, the product must be returned for evaluation and repair. The warranty will not cover any defects or damage resulting from: Wear, misuse, abuse, and/or negligence, such as but not limited to exposing the unit to impact, force, sand or liquid. Contact us to obtain authorization to return the product. A completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be received by us prior to returning the product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. In some circumstances we will replace your model with a reconditioned same or comparable model.

Who is responsible for damages?
It is the responsibility of the renter to cover any damages, theft or loss of the equipment except for ordinary wear and tear.
When does my rental actually start and end?
The rental will start on the day you pick-up your equipment or the day you receive your equipment from the shipping carrier. The rental will end on the day the equipment is received by ZRG Medical.
How long can I keep the equipment?
The quote we send you will indicate what happens at the end of the rental period. If you need the equipment longer or want to return it sooner, the contract may be amended.
Who pays to ship the equipment?
The renter pays the cost of shipping/freight, which is indicated on the quote you receive. Depending on the equipment rented, it may require “white glove” shipping, which is an extra fee charged by the carrier.
What are the terms and conditions of the rental?
The terms and conditions are governed by the quote and ZRG Medical’s Equipment Rental Agreement (link to document – it’s in CONTENT folder)
