Who is responsible for damages?
It is the responsibility of the renter to cover any damages, theft or loss of the equipment except for ordinary wear and tear.
When does my rental actually start and end?
The rental will start on the day you pick-up your equipment or the day you receive your equipment from the shipping carrier. The rental will end on the day the equipment is received by ZRG Medical.
How long can I keep the equipment?
The quote we send you will indicate what happens at the end of the rental period. If you need the equipment longer or want to return it sooner, the contract may be amended.
Who pays to ship the equipment?
The renter pays the cost of shipping/freight, which is indicated on the quote you receive. Depending on the equipment rented, it may require “white glove” shipping, which is an extra fee charged by the carrier.
What are the terms and conditions of the rental?

The terms and conditions are governed by the quote and ZRG Medical’s Equipment Rental Agreement

What is the Rental Return Policy?

At the start of the rental period, ZRG Medical will provide Customer with an RMA Form and Number. To return any rental item, the RMA Form must be placed inside the box and the RMA Number must be displayed on the outside of the box and in the shipping documentation. ZRG Medical will not be held responsible for any equipment returned without an RMA. In such a case, Customer will be responsible for any expenses and/or damage, loss or theft claims.

Malfunctions detected during the standard warranty period must be reported immediately to ZRG Medical. Customer shall have the Sales Order number and/or equipment model and serial number of the equipment on hand when calling; return authorizations cannot be processed without these details. If after all possible solutions have been exhausted and the problem persists, ZRG Medical will provide Customer with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Form and Number.  Customer’s failure to comply causes Customer to remain responsible for its continued rental charges until compliance is achieved.

Customer is responsible for all costs of returning rental equipment to ZRG Medical, unless agreed otherwise by ZRG Medical.

Any shipping damages, missing equipment or missing accessories will be reported by ZRG Medical to Customer within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the equipment at ZRG Medical. If ZRG Medical does not receive a response within a five (5) business days of notifying Customer, Customer will be liable for any charges relating to the return. Customer will receive an invoice to delineating any lost equipment or damage costs.
